Jasmin Elphic, BSN, RN
Hi! I’m Jasmin, a 24-year-old ICU nurse based in Athens, GA with a deep love for critical care medicine and a curiosity for the stories that live inside it. My clinical background is rooted in high-acuity, fast-paced environments where precision, adaptability, and emotional intelligence are essential. I have over a year of clinical expertise in critical care skills such as ACLS, CRRT, EVDs, TTM, vasopressors, ventilator management, and more. Working at the bedside has shaped not only how I care for patients, but how I think, communicate, and navigate through complex systems under pressure.
Beyond the ICU, I’ve built experience in nursing content creation, amassing more than a million views across several social media platforms, as well as authored health and wellness journals through a partnership with St Mary’s Healthcare System, translating my clinical knowledge into language that’s accessible and engaging. (I also worked as a camp nurse one summer!) Whether through digital platforms or published articles, my work sits at the intersection of evidence-based practice and contemporary storytelling by bridging the gap between what healthcare is and how people actually experience it. I’m particularly interested in using nursing to inform policies, practices, and environments inside and outside of healthcare.
As my career evolves, I’m drawn to nontraditional nursing opportunities that leverage clinical expertise while expanding beyond the bedside: roles that value insight, communication, collaboration, and innovation. I’m open-minded, and I believe that nursing doesn’t have to fit into one narrow box to make an impact.
If my work resonates or sparks an idea, I’m always open to chat. Please email jasminelphic@gmail.com for a copy of my resume, or feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn. Thanks for reading!
